Make sure that your details are entered correctly – for “name” fill in the name of the patient for whom the appointment is actually for.
You will receive confirmation of the reservation made at the specified email address. Also check the “spam” folder of your email. Your appointment will be actually booked after you reply to the letter from us.
In case you request an appointment and do not show up and do not notify us in advance within a reasonable time, we reserve the right to cancel subsequent requests.
